Refund Policy
At Cue the Record, every event is intentionally curated and produced with care — from the wine and hospitality to the records, programming, and overall experience. As a small independent organization, ticket sales directly support the production costs associated with each session and allow us to continue creating meaningful communal listening experiences.
Because of this, all ticket sales are generally considered final.
Ticket Purchases
All tickets purchased for Cue the Record events, listening sessions, and experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
We encourage attendees to double check their availability before purchasing tickets.
If You Can No Longer Attend
If you are unable to attend an event after purchasing a ticket, we encourage you to gift or transfer your ticket to a friend, family member, or someone else who may enjoy the experience. We simply ask that you notify us in advance with the updated attendee information when possible.
Exceptions
While our standard policy is that tickets are non-refundable, we understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise.
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including:
Serious illness or medical emergency
Family emergencies
Event cancellation or major event changes initiated by Cue the Record
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Event Cancellations or Rescheduling
If Cue the Record cancels an event, ticket holders will receive either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date unless otherwise communicated.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Tickets will not be refunded for late arrivals, missed experiences, or no-shows.
